STAT Tests

You could take a STAT at Shoalhaven Campus!
What is STAT?
STAT stands for Special Tertiary Admissions Test and is administered by the Universities Admissions Centre (NSW & ACT) Pty Ltd (UAC). The purpose of STAT is to appraise your ability to understand the material given and to think critically about issues. It is not a test about a specific course. It is about working out your suitability for study at Uni and is used with other material you offer the University so that they can decide whether to admit you to a course.
How do I sit the test?
To extend access to university courses for Shoalhaven residents, the Shoalhaven Campus will be holding a STAT at the University Building, Shoalhaven Campus, George Evans Road, West Nowra at 8:45am on Saturday 5th December 2009.
Anyone wanting to do the STAT will need to register online at http://www.uac.edu.au/. Applications must be lodged at UAC by Monday 23rd November 2009. The cost of sitting the STAT at the Shoalhaven campus is $110.
