Careers Consultants assist students to establish career goals and develop employability skills whilst at University. Some of the services offered include individual appointments, job seeking workshops, resume checking, access to free information and resources to prepare for life after uni as well as assistance with work place learning opportunities.Tanya Goodman

The Careers Central website at www.uow.edu.au/careers is a useful source of information relating to careers such as job seeking, researching companies, careers fairs and expos, overseas exchange programs, graduate destinations and useful links to employer sites and professional associations. With information, live tools and links to real job opportunities it is a place you will want to visit regularly!

It is never too early to start thinking about life after uni – all of your experiences and decisions have career implications. Make them count!
